Mississippi Coast Fly Fishers

Purpose: We are a group of fly fishers who share an interest in fly fishing on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and nearby areas. Our members fish both fresh and saltwater for everything from tarpon to trout to bass to redfish. The Club is affiliated with the Federation of Fly Fishers.

Meetings
General Meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the first and third Thursday of every month except December (we have a meeting the first Thursday only). We normally have a guest speaker or some other activity. Fly Casting Sessions are held during daylight saving time starting at 6:30 PM before each meeting.

The Miss Coast Fly Fishers supports and partpicate in Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing at the Biloxi Veterans Administration and the Gulfport Armed Forces Retirement Home. This program is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of our disabled active military service personnel and our disabled veterans through fly fishing and fly tying education, outings and assorted events.  For more information of MCFF involvement with PHWFF contact Ed Carson.
